By using this site or placing an order you agree to the prices, availability and purchase terms shown at checkout. The plain version of everything else is below.

Prices and availability

Prices and availability are as shown on the site at the moment you order, and confirmed at checkout. If a genuine pricing error slips through, we may cancel that order and refund it in full; we will always tell you first.

Preorders

Preorder products are paid in full upfront and cannot be cancelled once ordered. If we do not ship a preorder, it is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Subscriptions

A subscription renews at the price and interval shown when you sign up, until you pause or cancel it from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund orders already shipped.

Products and advice

Our supplements are nutritional products, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label, follow the label, and talk to your clinician about your own situation.

Our content

The writing, designs and artwork on this site belong to Deadly Company LLC. The evidence we cite belongs to its authors; we summarise it and link to it so you can check our work.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is to put the order right: replace it or refund it. Nothing in these terms removes any right you hold under Michigan or United States law.
