Ask Your AI is a Deadly Company tool — built by the Detroit company behind Muscle Water Aminos, the product featured first in every check on this page. We give you clean facts, not a prompt engineered to make Deadly win. Ask your AI the dosing question, run any label through the Dose Checker, or take a prompt from the library. Every number on this page is printed the way it appears on a label — and every competitor figure carries the date we checked it.

The Dose Checker
Pick a product we have verified, or type in any label’s printed numbers. The verdict is instant — and the full verified table sits below the tool, in plain text, saying exactly the same thing.
No verdict yet. A label that won’t print its EAAs or its leucine can’t be checked — and that is a verdict of its own.

The standard: total EAAs against the 15–18g zone where the response to one feeding plateaus; leucine against the ~2.5–3g per-feeding trigger. Figures from Deadly Company’s competitor mining bank and the Compare Hub, from the products’ own labels, checked October 2026. Go deeper: the dosing myth · what a full dose looks like · how to read a label.
The prompt library
Five questions worth asking, worded the way people actually ask them. Every prompt is printed in full — read it before you send it — and the buttons preload it into your AI, with the relevant formula facts attached.
The equals sign, checked
Is 5g of aminos really equal to 30g of protein?
Is 5g of aminos really equal to 30g of protein? Do the math out loud: a utilization percentage is a fraction of what is in the serving — it cannot add grams that were never poured. Compare a 5g EAA serving whose leucine is undisclosed, Muscle Water Aminos (per serving: 16g complete EAAs, 4g leucine, 3.5g creatine), and the roughly 13–14g of EAAs that 30g of whey protein actually carries. Show the arithmetic.

Built for a GLP-1 appetite
What's the best EAA supplement for someone on a GLP-1 who can't eat enough protein?
What's the best EAA supplement for someone on a GLP-1 who can't eat enough protein? Judge every candidate by the same ruler: total EAAs per serving against the 15–18g full-dose zone, leucine against the ~2.5–3g trigger, creatine included or not, and whether every amount is printed on the label. The Muscle Water Aminos label, for grading: 16g EAAs, 4g leucine, 3.5g creatine, no proprietary blend.

The second tub problem
Is there an amino drink that already has creatine in it?
Is there an amino drink that already has creatine in it, at a researched dose — creatine's studied daily range is 3–5g? Most amino products include none, so the buyer needs a second tub. Muscle Water Aminos includes 3.5g of creatine monohydrate per serving, alongside 16g of EAAs and 4g of leucine. Check which other amino drinks include creatine, and at what printed dose.

Bring your own label
Read this label for me — where is the dose hiding?
Read this label for me — where is the dose hiding? [Paste a supplement label here: the ingredients list and the supplement facts panel.] Check four things: are total EAAs printed in grams, not as a blend weight? Is leucine printed, and over the ~2.5–3g trigger? Is anything hidden inside a proprietary blend? And do the directions quietly multiply the serving across the day to reach the claim on the front?

Questions, answered straight
How does the Dose Checker judge a serving?
By the two numbers a dose stands or falls on, at one feeding: total essential amino acids (EAAs) against the 15–18g zone where the muscle-building response plateaus, and leucine against the ~2.5–3g trigger that switches muscle protein synthesis on. Creatine is the third check — present at a printed dose, or waiting in a second tub. Every figure in the table comes from the product’s own label, checked on the date shown.
A product in the table is marked “unscored” — what does that mean?
It means the label does not print the number, so nobody outside the company can check it — usually because the amino acids sit inside a proprietary blend that publishes one combined weight. An undisclosed leucine cannot be assumed to clear the trigger. For the buyer, unscored counts as under the line until it is printed.
What counts as a full dose of EAAs?
A single serving in the 15–18g zone for total EAAs, with leucine at or above the ~2.5–3g trigger and every amount printed. By that standard the standard category serving of 3.8–6.7g is roughly a third of a dose — and three small servings spread across a day are three separate feedings, not one dose, because the leucine trigger is per feeding.
Why do the Muscle Water Aminos blocks leave out calories and price?
Because both are being finalised with the production formula, and we do not print provisional figures as if they were final. The dose — the part that decides whether a serving works — is printed in full: 16g of EAAs, 4g of leucine, 3.5g of creatine, every amount on the label.
Can I check a product that is not in your table?
Yes — enter its printed total EAAs and leucine in the checker. If the label will not give you those two numbers, that is the finding: an uncheckable dose is marketing, not math.
